These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the site assetlorynqzx.com (the "Site"), operated by Assetlorynqzx SpA. By browsing the Site or using the contact form you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Company information
The Site is operated by Assetlorynqzx SpA, a sociedad por acciones incorporated in Chile in 2024, Tax ID 77.182.349-K, registered in the Commercial Registry of Santiago under N° 42.881-2024 and voluntarily registered before the Financial Market Commission (CMF) in the category of Crowdfunding Platforms, file PFC-0247/2024.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is an informational and commercial channel that presents the real estate crowdlending model operated by Assetlorynqzx. Investments are formalised exclusively in the transactional platform accessible after electronic signature of the contracts and identity verification. The information published on the Site does not in itself constitute a binding offer or a personalised financial recommendation.
3. Eligibility
To open an account you must be at least 18 years old, have a Chilean Tax ID (RUT) or equivalent identity document and successfully complete our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering processes required by Law No. 19,913.
4. Risks
Real estate crowdlending operations involve market, construction, regulatory and liquidity risks. Past performance does not guarantee future performance and there is a chance of losing part or all of the capital invested. Before committing funds you must read the technical sheet, the master contract and, if applicable, seek independent advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site respecting current Chilean law, not to reverse-engineer its components, not to introduce malicious software and not to attempt to access unauthorised areas. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension of access and the exercise of any applicable legal action.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (brand, symbol, texts, photographs, diagrams, software) is the property of Assetlorynqzx SpA or its licensors and is protected by Law No. 17,336 on Intellectual Property. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for academic or journalistic citation with proper attribution.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to sites operated by third parties. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies or practices of such sites. We invite you to review the legal terms of each one before using them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, Assetlorynqzx shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or reputational losses arising from the use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms when there are relevant legal, technical or business changes. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Site. If the changes affect substantive rights we will notify you at least fifteen days in advance by email.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a complaint before SERNAC.
