1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They help us remember preferences, keep sessions active, measure audiences and, when you authorise it, show relevant advertising. We also use equivalent technologies such as local storage, pixel tags and measurement SDKs.
2. Categories we use
We classify cookies into five categories: necessary, functional, analytics, advertising and personalisation. Only the necessary and security ones are activated automatically; the rest require your prior, explicit consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2 to make sure that no Google analytics or advertising script runs before you authorise it. By default the ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage and personalization_storage signals are set to denied. When you choose an option on the banner we send a consent update event to Google with the exact state of each signal and, in addition, a cookie_consent_update event to the dataLayer for our own analysis. We also enable ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough to reduce identifier transmission while consent has not been granted.
4. Cookie details
Google Ads cookies (AW-18064110603) and Google Analytics (gtag.js) have a maximum duration of 13 months. The functional language cookie (alxz_lang) expires after 12 months. The consent preference (alxz_consent) is stored for 12 months in localStorage and re-requested if you delete it.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can change your decision at any time by opening the "Manage preferences" panel from the footer or by clearing your browser's local storage. You can also block cookies from your browser settings, although some site features may stop working properly.
6. Third-party cookies
The external providers that may set cookies when you authorise them are: Google LLC (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), Cloudflare Inc. (edge security) and our conversational support platform. Each one processes data under its own policies and under contracts signed with Assetlorynqzx that limit its use to the purposes described here.
7. Updates
We review this Policy at least once a year or when we add new technologies. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the document.
