Last updated: 12 January 2026.
This Privacy Policy describes how Assetlorynqzx SpA ("Assetlorynqzx", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who visit assetlorynqzx.com or register on our platform. We operate in Chile and comply with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life, as amended by Law No. 21,719 of 2024 on personal data protection.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Assetlorynqzx SpA, Tax ID 77.182.349-K, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4501, floor 14, office 1402, Las Condes, Santiago. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at privacidad@assetlorynqzx.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form (name, email and message), the technical data your browser sends automatically (truncated IP address, device type, language) and the data generated by the cookies you consent to. We do not request sensitive information on this site.
3. Purposes
We process your data to respond to your enquiries, to send you information about projects only when you authorise it, to comply with accounting and tax obligations in Chile, to prevent fraud and to improve the experience of the site through aggregated statistical measurements. When you consent to advertising cookies, we also use your data to measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns.
4. Legal basis for processing
The applicable legal bases are: your express consent, the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you, compliance with legal obligations in Chile and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the platform. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting any processing carried out previously.
5. Retention periods
Data submitted through the form is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction. Records related to accounting obligations are kept for six years as required by the Internal Revenue Service. Data generated by cookies is kept for the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We share data only with providers that act as data processors under strict contracts: cloud hosting (servers located in regions of Brazil and the United States), transactional email services and Google's analytics and advertising tools. When data leaves Chile, we require contractual clauses that guarantee an adequate level of protection equivalent to Chilean standards.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you may exercise the ARCO+ rights recognised by Law 19,628 as amended by Law 21,719: access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability, blocking, deletion, restriction of processing and review of automated decisions. To do so, send a request to privacidad@assetlorynqzx.com stating your full name, Tax ID or equivalent document and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the legal deadlines. You may also lodge a complaint with the future Chilean Data Protection Agency once it becomes operational.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, audit logs, encrypted backups and periodic security reviews. No system is infallible, so we maintain an incident response plan that includes timely notification to data subjects and the competent authority in case of significant breaches.
9. Minors
The site and services are addressed exclusively to people over 18. If we detect data from minors, we delete it without delay.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or new functionality. We will always publish the date of the last update at the top of this document and, when changes are substantial, notify you by email before they take effect.
To exercise any of the rights set out in this document you can write to us at privacidad@assetlorynqzx.com or by postal mail to Av. Apoquindo 4501, floor 14, office 1402, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
