Real estate crowdlending in Chile
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to take part in real estate projects that would be hard to reach on your own.
Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are channelled into a specific project. Once construction is finished and the targets are met, the returns are distributed proportionally among all participants.
This model lets people with limited capital invest in major projects, such as residential buildings, housing complexes or the refurbishment of existing buildings — increasingly relevant in Chile's urban development context.
Crowdfunding opens the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the privilege of large developers or investment funds: today, anyone who wants to can take part.

You choose the project that interests you the most, set the amount you would like to invest, and monitor the progress of the works through the platform. Once the project is completed, you receive your share of the proceeds.

01 · Pick a project
Browse residential towers in Las Condes, mixed-use buildings in Ñuñoa or heritage renovations in Valparaíso. Each listing shows term, target rate and collateral.
02 · Set your contribution
Participate from CLP 250,000. The system displays the payment calendar, the base-case scenario and the main risk factors of the project.
03 · Follow the works
Receive monthly reports with photographs, physical progress, financial progress and any relevant event until the building obtains its municipal acceptance.
04 · Receive your payments
When milestones are met, interest and principal are distributed proportionally to participants through local bank transfers.
